Issue with FPS consistently at 58 frames per second across all games.
Just as the title indicates, each match I play consistently struggles at 58 fps. This isn’t related to Vsync problems or performance drops on my system. In NVIDIA Control Panel, the default maximum frame rate is set to 58 when disabled, and even at the maximum setting of 1000, it remains unchanged. My monitor is configured at 144Hz, which also rules out any Vsync issues. This situation had not occurred before, but I recently reinstalled Windows via USB because of a startup error in srttrail.txt.
