I have 2000 downloads and 200 uploads consistently. I always recorded 200 uploads on Speedtest, but recently I noticed only 120-150 uploads instead of 200. I think there might be an issue with my ISP, though. On other Windows versions I use, I see 200 uploads after testing, but not on my main Windows. I tried checking for viruses, Trojans, and updating drivers, but it didn’t fix the problem. This has been happening for years, but something changed recently. The Windows version that shows this issue is Windows 11.

Did you verify Windows 10 and 11 on identical hardware or separate machines? You might attempt booting from a Linux live-USB to check if the upload speed remains capped at 150 Mbps. A jump to 200 suggests an issue with the Windows installation. If it stays near 150, the problem likely lies with the hardware. You seem to have a wired link to your router. If the result indicates hardware failure, consider testing the cable.

Both Windows 10 and 11 tests ran on identical machine and same connection, no differences observed.
