Hi,
After switching from W10 to W11 all games ran at half the previous FPS without any clear explanation. The performance was also very poor. Here are three examples.
Specs: Ryzen 5 7600, RTX 4070, 32GB RAM, 1TB Lexar SSD.
In the first game, In Path of Exile 2 (hideout, not too demanding), 47FPS and 25ms frame time on W11. On W10 I used to get 115 (capped) and 8ms.
What changed? I reinstalled the drivers through DDU, reinstalled the games, even reinstalled Windows It Self, but it still didn’t improve.
I’m not sure what’s happening, please help.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
After upgrading from W10 to W11
I'm assuming you migrated to Windows 11 using the internal upgrade path on Windows 10. If yes, then you will need to reinstall Windows 11, after creating a bootable USB installer for Windows 11.
reinstalled the games even reinstalled the WINDOWS IT SELF and it still does this.
Where did you source the installer for the OS? Did you install the OS in offline mode?
Specs: Ryzen 5 7600, RTX 4070, 32GB Ram, 1TB Lexar SSD.
Please list the specs to your build like so:
CPU:
CPU cooler:
Motherboard:
Ram:
SSD/HDD:
GPU:
PSU:
Chassis:
OS:
Monitor:
include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.
