I'm trying to set my Gmod Server up as public but a site like YouGetSignal says port 27015 is closed on public IP addresses. I've tried changing settings, restarting the router, and checking the model details (EVW32C from Ubee), but it still won't open.

Assume Windows is in use, try turning off the firewall and check if it resolves the issue. NOTE: Many routers don’t need an external IP for port forwarding—just an internal IP works fine.

You handled the external IP request properly. I adjusted the firewall settings to allow the necessary port. Your Windows laptop on Ethernet is set up correctly. Disabling it fully would require changing advanced network configurations.
