I dislike this situation—it worked on its own, but I have no idea why or how it will repeat. It didn’t boot with the Ubuntu USB, and there are display problems. Now Windows is functioning properly again. I’ll update you if it happens again.

It showed up again, and I was ready. cTDW was configured as Auto, along with certain Win10 power settings. Adjusting the CPU temperature limit to 200W and enabling Ultimate Power mode on Windows made it function smoothly.
