I assembled my initial PC with these details:
Ryzen 5 3600 processor
16GB RAM (two 8GB modules)
Asus Rog B550-f motherboard
GTX 1660 Ti graphics card
I aimed to reach memory speeds of 3200 MHz by enabling DOCP. I adjusted the BIOS settings and selected a predefined profile labeled as profile#1 in the DOCP menu. After restarting, my PC crashed when trying to open Windows. I’m unfamiliar with these steps and need guidance to resolve the issue.
Your support would be very much appreciated.

Is there a different memory profile available? Also, could you provide the exact model number of the RAM?

I don't understand how to access that. In the dropdown, there was just one profile available. My RAM model is Team T-Force Vulcan Z 16GB (2x 8GB) DDR4 3200MHz Memory.

I'm not sure if these are the most recent bios. You can verify by checking the company's website or contacting them directly.

If your memorys are in A1/B1 dimms, try switching them in A2/B2 dimms. I faced the same problem, but this resolved it. I only needed to reinstall Windows since it didn’t recognize the memorys in the other dimms.
