My Chromebook shows a DHCP lookup issue. It functions well as a media center, making it easy to browse on TV. No Ethernet port available. I attempted to power it off and on, which reset the configuration files in Windows. It works with router management and Wi-Fi access, but nothing appears to load after diagnostics. The device connects to other networks except via phone hotspot. Based on what I see, it might be using IPv6, though I can't switch to IPv4 in the settings. If that's the case, it previously had Wi-Fi enabled without any recent changes. Thanks for your help.
