Hi,
We found a small amount of solder left over, not because we had any spare jumpers. All voltages stayed within the expected range, though some cables were still connected to the PC, like the case fans and SSD power. After disconnecting the CPU and motherboard power, we checked the voltage in the 24-pin connector of the motherboard—everything was within 2% tolerance. When we reconnected everything and powered it back on, the system didn’t turn on at all. We tried using a paperclip on pins 16-17 while the board was plugged in to see if it would help start it, but we didn’t want to risk damaging the rest of the system. We inspected the motherboard carefully when we first removed it and didn’t see any damage, though it looked quite dusty. Since the cable management is very tight and tied up, there might be hidden kinks. If we replace the power supply later, any visible issues will become obvious.

If possible, capture a few photos ahead of time and share them here via imgur (www.imgur.com). Others might notice something.

Problem resolved, but it turned out to be a user mistake. The motherboard was faulty, yet we had only slightly misconnected the front panel jumpers on the new board. It was surprising that there weren't even any motherboard lights to indicate it was working when the PSU was powered on. Appreciate everyone's assistance!
