Sup. I was playing MM and my provider fixed it by shutting off my connection. A few hours later, I went into CS and saw what I had. There’s no cooldown time listed—it was about 9 days ago. What should I do now? :C

Check the steam game cache briefly. A delay longer than 7 seconds is improbable. Unless you're extremely toxic, a troll, or dick, or you were closely monitored after misbehaving.
