Hello, I own an MSI Mag B650 Tomahawk motherboard with a 7600x chipset. I installed a 2x16GB 6000Mhz RAM kit (Kingston Fury) and noticed the system only recognizes one stick. When I swap it in and remove the faulty one, the PC fails to boot and displays both the CPU red light and the DRAM yellow light. I visited the store where I bought the RAM; their testing machine confirmed both sticks worked on an Intel platform with XMP enabled and disabled. Every slot shows a working stick. I recently updated the BIOS but nothing changed. I've tried XMP, Expo, and even skipped RAM profiles, assuming DDR5 boots automatically. Have a great day!

It seems you've encountered some odd problems with your devices, and the most effective solution appears to be replacing the RAM and sending the old one back for a replacement. It looks like the issue might be with the motherboard. I hope your warranty covers this!

It might be a faulty CPU after all, though I’m hoping it’s not the Intel model which handles things so quickly!

Did you purchase the RAM listed for the motherboard on the QVL site? If not, consider sending back the package and selecting an alternative model that fits.

It seems like there might be a typo or misunderstanding. Could you clarify what you mean? Are you referring to a product, service, or something else? I'm here to help!

You’re left with just a few options—try another kit, possibly a different brand or model. If both versions share the same problem, it’s likely not the module. It seems the issue might be with the product itself. How trustworthy is the company that sold and tested your item?

The firm I purchased from seems to be among the most trustworthy in my nation. I visited their service area and observed everything. It looks like I’ll take the entire PC there tomorrow, since all the components I bought came from their store.

Located the functional stick. The other one is dead. Send back the pair and obtain a fresh one.
