Issue with DDR4 memory

Hello everyone, thank you for your support. I purchased an additional RAM stick to upgrade mine, but now my computer won't boot. The previous stick was: Ballistix Sport LT 8GB DDR4-2400 UDIMM 16-16-16 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR4-2400 • 1.2V • 1024Meg x 64 • [link]. The new one is: Ballistix Sport LT 8GB DDR4-2666 UDIMM 16-18-18 • Unbuffered • NON-ECC • DDR4-2666 • 1.2V • 1024Meg x 64 • [link]. My motherboard is: GIGABYTE GA-H270M-D3H (rev. 1.0). Could you help fix this issue?

Run the test using a single RAM stick. The system is on channel X.

An alternative approach is to purchase identical RAM for the second stick.

It doesn't just keep beeping and then stop; it keeps repeating that pattern over and over. The motherboard doesn't appear to handle 2666 memory, even though the forum suggested it should work with the current speed.

Return the new RAM module. It didn’t function properly. Occasionally this happens. I also returned a set with the same issue, but it didn’t work in any system I tried.
