Hi. I visited a PC shop two years ago and received an SSD from the HEATZ brand (Model: ZD 256). Sadly, it has now failed and I lost all my data. I've tried sending it to several data recovery centers, but they told me the issue is due to a firmware error and they don't have the REALTEK _RL6643 controller, making recovery impossible.

The SSD controller (Realtek) isn't supported by our data recovery software. The technician mentioned they need the specific software from the vendor, and I believe I'm reaching the right person now. Please help me resolve this situation as I have a lot of important data stored on the SSD. Thank you for your response and I look forward to your reply.

if the experts said it's not possible to recover, there's no way for you to recover, nor someone from online forums who cant even access your drive physically to help you to recover.
it's always best to backup your data cause you never know when disaster strikes, specially with important data on a sketchy SSD.
I suggest taking it to other data recovery centers who might have those software.
