Your issue might be related to port forwarding settings. Check if the ports you're using are correctly assigned and accessible from your friends' devices. Also, verify that the server is running and the firewall isn't blocking traffic on those ports.
What IP address are you sharing with your friends? Is it a loopback or a regular local IP?
Which launch arguments are you applying?
Did you allow traffic through your local firewall? I recommend placing your server in the DMZ during testing. A low-end router's portforwarding isn't very reliable.
