Open the console and check your cl_updaterate and rate settings for CS:GO. Some servers restrict a command like sv_maxrate, which can lead to packet loss. I'm testing setting the rate to 100,000 as part of my troubleshooting. The rate indicates how quickly you receive data; if the server sends more than that rate, packets may drop.

I'm going to test it out and check how it performs. I won't be home until this evening, so I can't observe it ahead of time.
