Issue with Crysis 2 & 3 Remastered RT
Hi, whenever I turn on RT in Crysis 2 or 3 Remastered my game crashes to the desktop. It works without RT, but other RT games like Control function properly. I've tested various video drivers and even reinstalled the graphics driver. My GPU is a 2080 Super running stock, and my CPU is an i9 9900K. Anyone know what might be causing this issue? Thanks.
Hello, I’ve encountered the same issue with my RTX 3090 and Ryzen 5800x. I reached out to the developers on the official Discord for Crysis, and they mentioned they’ll look into it and try to recreate the crash. Could you join the Discord and share your experience? It might help others who are facing the same problem.
Crysis is known for demanding high performance, making the inclusion of RT potentially too much even on a 2080S system. Probably not, I understand, but if it isn’t a software-related performance problem then wouldn’t you encounter similar issues with other titles?
