I swapped my ASRock Fatal1ty 990FX Killer board for a Gigabyte GA-990FX-G1 after it failed on May 29. I also performed a full clean install of Windows 10 to erase all settings, drivers, and applications from the old hardware.

It seems the crossfire issue last weekend was just a coincidence. I had to adjust around 6-7 EnableUPLS entries in the registry. After switching all games to windowed mode, Crossfire now works properly again when I return to fullscreen.
