I've already seen this before from February. I've got the newest driver installed and the XCOM 2 crossfire profile turned on. When I started Skyrim, its crossfire didn't function properly either. It seems Windows might have re-activated ULPs after the update on That Day, so I'm going to look into it now.
ULPS is back online again. I’ll need to verify it each time Windows updates.
Last weekend I had to swap out my motherboard and was having trouble getting it running. After trying to fix it, I remembered crossfire worked in Skyrim, Fallout 4, and XCOM 2. I disabled the ULPs again but it still didn’t work. Whiskey Tango Foxtrot!?!?
