I'm feeling really panicked right now. The PC isn't starting up, and checking the motherboard debug lights shows the CPU is red and the DRAM is yellow. I'm not sure what's causing this. Could there be a compatibility problem with my current setup? Here are my computer details:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 9950X at 4.3GHz, 64MB
GPU: GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 4090 AERO OC, 24GB GDDR6X, DLSS 3
RAM: GSKILL 64GB (2x32), Ripjaws S5, 6400Mhz CL32 DDR5 Dual Kit
Motherboard: MSI MPG X670E GAMING PLUS WIFI 7800MHz, DDR5 Soket AM5, HDMI DP M.2 ATX
Case: MSI Msı Mpg Gungnir 300R Airflow
Water Cooler: ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III 360 ACFRE00136A
Power Supply: MSI MPG A1000G PCIE5 1000W ATX3.0, 80+ GOLD
SSD: Samsung 990 Pro MZ-V9P4T0BW, 4TB, NVMe 7450/6900 MB/S
I'm a little worried about the RAM setup and might have made a mistake connecting anything. Thank you for any advice!

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
Have you verified that you updated the BIOS before installing the Ryzen 9 9000 series processor into the socket? If not, obtain the most recent BIOS version from the provided link;
https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/X670E-GA...FI/support
and then adhere to the instructions in your manual, specifically in the
Flash BIOS Button
section;
https://download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe...IFI_EN.pdf
page 57 or this guide.
View: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ueou6fViefg
the process remains consistent, even with different chipset configurations (but the socket stays identical).
