Bought a Corsair K55 Pro Lite RGB keyboard last week. Functions properly when not in use. Began playing games and observed certain keys malfunctioning, rendering the game unplayable. My Logitech mouse operates without issues consistently. The keyboard restarts if unplugged and re-plugged briefly, but only temporarily. Some games have no working keys while others have partial functionality. Tested various USB ports without success. Decided to stop using it and attempt a fix later. Installed iCue to check compatibility, downloaded the latest firmware. Played a few games today and encountered similar issues—keys stop working, though the RGB remains functional. No input is being registered. Any suggestions for resolving this?

Include the PSU age along with its make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this time.

If you're using Windows, check Device Manager for any devices marked with a yellow exclamation mark. You might want to reinstall your chipset or USB drivers and see if the problem continues. Regarding your issue, try connecting the keyboard to a donor platform to determine if it persists.
