Several websites display a Connection Reset issue. This occurs consistently across all devices. Restarting the modem resolves it temporarily for a few hours. For the phone, enabling and disabling airplane mode helps in some cases. Certain platforms—Netflix, pcgamer.com, nintendo.com, CODM servers—continue to trigger this error on all devices, not just my computer. I attempted DNS flush, Winsock reset, and used DNS resolvers like 8.8.8.8, 1.1.1.1, but nothing provides a lasting solution. The problem is becoming increasingly frustrating, especially since everyone relies on constant internet access. My mobile network offers fiber connectivity, so I suspect the issue lies elsewhere.

I can try reaching out to those pages, but I won't know if they're active.

It appears both services rely on the same ISP, which might indicate a problem on their end. Eventually they’ll share the same backhaul, but their networks are quite different. Cellular usually runs behind a CGNAT router, leading to compatibility issues with certain applications or usage patterns. It tends to be less stable and more affected by other users’ activity.

It seems your connection might be affected by CGNAT, NAT64 or a proxy. You can verify this on test-ipv6.com and consider using a VPN, though you should reach out to your service provider for assistance.

A "connection reset" error occurs when a network connection is abruptly terminated. The exact message varies by software but often indicates a loss of communication, such as timeout or protocol mismatch. Are you encountering this while using specific applications? Check if your IP address remains stable during the issue.

It's the same SIM card, so the ISP sees the same modem status. IPv6 is missing, but IPv4 is present. Using a VPN helps the sites load. Opera GX works well for me, though I often switch to my phone too—it's really frustrating. It seems like only me gets fixed. I've tested IPv6 multiple times; nothing shows up, and I tried Chrome, Opera GX, Edge, and their Android versions, plus Safari. I haven't checked yet, but based on past experiences, it looks like a dynamic issue.

It seems the issue might be related to your public IP address. If you don’t have one, it could explain the CGNAT exhaustion message. You may want to check your ISP’s website or contact them directly to confirm your public IP status. When calling the ISP, clearly state that you’re experiencing a CGNAT exhaustion error and ask for guidance on next steps without relying on their support.

Typically, it's wise to assume the average user experience, focusing on the common problems like frequent disconnections or delays. The caller is unlikely to understand technical specifics, so it's better to steer clear of that approach.

The situation suggests potential issues with network settings or device configuration. It’s worth checking if MTU and MSS values are correctly configured, especially since changes can affect performance. Continuously pinging a site and monitoring connection drops might help identify the problem. You could also inquire about recent firmware updates or hardware faults. Additionally, consider whether outdated IPv6 addresses remain active after IPv6 deprecation.
