Hello, I see you're having issues with ports 17011 and 6667. Your internet provider said these ports aren't blocked, but your scanner shows they're timed out. You have a TP-Link Archer A9 router (192.169.0.1) and a C7 AP at 192.168.0.2 that works fine. Your laptop connects via LAN to the C7 AP using 192.168.0.245. You're trying to open ports on the A9 but it's not working, and you're unsure if Kaspersky Total Security might be interfering. Let me know how you'd like to proceed!

You must send the ports at the router level and via your software firewalls. What’s the purpose of port 6667? Is it intended for a BT client?
