on the cable display read "S-STP PIMF CAT6 PATCH CABLE 75C ANSI/TIA/EIA 568B COMPLIANT ISO/IEC 11801 VERIFIED" using the network tester from eBay as shown in the picture. On the opposite side, the numbers skip 4-5-6, but the connector is brand new and the wires are arranged correctly for 568B.

The wires aren't forming a correct link. If you crafted the cable yourself, you should rebuild it, or purchase a replacement.

Check your connection details in Windows 10 settings under Network and Internet, then select your active adapter to see the speed.

MBps versus Mbps – 100MBps relates to gigabit capacity, while 100Mbps reflects the speed of an unshielded Ethernet cable.
