Hey, I'm facing an issue with my onboard Bluetooth adapter and need assistance. It appears the adapter is listed in Device Manager but all devices are grayed out. The hardware setup includes an i7-12700K, ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI, G.Skill DDR5 RAM, and RTX 4080. I've tried enabling Bluetooth in BIOS, the Bluetooth Support Service is active, and I attempted to install the driver but encountered no progress. After uninstalling devices in Device Manager, Bluetooth disappeared completely, even when searching for hardware changes (hidden devices are visible).

Select the operating system from the drop-down menu on this site;
ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI | ROG Strix | Gaming Motherboards|ROG - Republic of Gamers|ROG Global
ASUS ROG STRIX Z690-E GAMING WIFI Intel LGA 1700 ATX motherboard, DDR5, PCIe 5.0, 18+1 power stages, WiFi 6E, Intel® 2.5 Gb Ethernet, M.2 Combo-Sink, USB 3.2 Gen 2x2 USB Type-C®, SATA and Aura Sync
rog.asus.com
Proceed to scroll down to Bluetooth, then manually install the latest version (Intel Bluetooth Driver V23.80.0.3) via an elevated command, such as Right click installer > Run as Administrator.
If the adapter remains unavailable, consider reinstalling your chipset drivers. Regarding your motherboard, which BIOS version are you currently using?

Thank you for the response.
I attempted to manually install the Intel Bluetooth Driver V23.80.0.3 with admin privileges.
After updating my BIOS to 4301 and the chipset driver, I tried again but still encountered the same issues.
I’m confused as to why the setup fails to launch when I run it.

It's functioning properly now. I used the Windows troubleshooting tool, which suggested a cold start—shutting down the PC via power button, unplugging it for ten seconds, then restarting. That resolved the issue, and I'm glad it worked again. xD
