Laptop functioned properly for about five months before a recent issue began. Recently, I couldn't wake it from sleep. It seemed frozen or unresponsive. Restarting didn’t help much. Holding the power button briefly sometimes restored it, but not always. Reinstalling Windows usually brought it back on, though temporarily. Using an external monitor helped more than half the time, but signal detection was inconsistent. Music still plays even without a display. I suspect the black screen appears before I try to turn it on, possibly due to keyboard lights failing. I used the warranty and had the motherboard replaced. After a week, the problem returned. Any other steps you could try? Yes, the split screen and flickering on the left side were key signs that led me to use the warranty. (see attached files)
