The PC setup is complete. I powered it up, configured the BIOS, and installed Windows 10. Now, upon turning on the machine, I no longer encounter preboot prompts, BIOS screen, or boot menu. The monitor turns on but flickers, displaying no image. After a few attempts, it boots into Windows normally. However, during startup, the preboot screen appears but remains dark. If I remove the new GPU and install the older GTX 1650, the preboot functionality resumes. Once Windows loads again after a restart, the preboot screen returns to darkness until I switch GPUs.

I've tried several solutions without success:
- Simply re-seating the GPU without replacing it.
- Reconnecting power cables to the GPU.
- Resetting BIOS using motherboard pins.
- Updating BIOS to the latest version.

Potential fixes I consider:
Because the monitor uses HDMI and the GPU only has one HDMI port with three DisplayPorts, I haven't tested other ports on the GPU yet. I might need an adapter soon. Could it be that the GPU's HDMI output isn't sufficiently low-level?
I'm planning to swap GPUs again to see if an image appears and to disable FastBoot (excluding MSI FastBoot, which is already disabled).

Anyone have experience with this issue? Thanks!

which display device are you employing? Consider testing with a television or another monitor.
what bios version have you set up?
apply the standard bios configurations in bios, then save and close.

Thank you for the response. The monitor in question is a Samsung S24D330 with BIOS version 7E06vAC. It seems the recommended fixes didn't resolve the problem.

also consider updating intel and try downgrading the bios until it functions properly
keep it at a minimum of aa9

Fixed! A suitable display port for the HDMI adapter and switching to one of the display ports resolved the problem. Appreciate all the suggestions!
