The AV indicates it is checking the C drive and D drive yet no files are found. It shows scanning paths but nothing appears afterward. There are approximately 206 GB on the drive with only 600 GB of available space remaining.

The interface of that AV seems somewhat unclear, which is why I avoid using it, even though it offers excellent virus detection at no cost.

It could be due to having many files, and it's taken about 40 minutes so far... So I'm uncertain.
