For a GPU in a PCI-E slot, boosting VRAM isn't possible via BIOS. With onboard graphics, we need the motherboard's make and model. The specific CPU model also helps determine available RAM.

You can assign a specific memory for the i-gpu, but if it requires additional RAM beyond the allocated amount, it will utilize extra resources regardless.
