Issue with audio on Linux Mint? Let me help troubleshoot.
Check if this resolves the issue. I’m not an expert, and I don’t have a dedicated sound card. https://livingthelinuxlifestyle.wordpres...~:text=Fix No Sound on Linux Mint&This should help, reboot the machine, then open PulseAudio Volume Control. It usually fixes most problems.

If it's a hardware problem, you may need to contact the manufacturer for repairs. For software issues, I can't assist directly, but you might find help from more experienced Linux users on the forum. Try searching online for solutions.
Check the basics first: restart the machine and see if the problem is limited to one program or affects the entire system. If it’s the latter, consider reinstalling your audio drivers and switching to built-in sound. Look for any recent updates and roll them back if needed. Try using a different source for drivers, but be cautious about the quality. Wait a few days before retrying. If possible, use an external speaker or headphones for testing. For more complex issues, explore advanced troubleshooting with the Bash Shell carefully. Contact your manufacturer for support. If necessary, install a separate sound card and reinstall the operating system. If all else fails, consider getting a new device.
