This situation is unusual. I receive no sound from Brave, Vivaldi, or Firefox. Initially, only Brave had the issue, so I changed to Firefox for watching YouTube. That didn’t help either. I tried Vivaldi too... same problem. Chrome still functions, but I feel like it’s a chain reaction and Chrome is likely to fail next. Besides, I prefer Brave over Chrome. The issue was sporadic at first. Restarting would fix it, but not this time. I use EarTrumpet to switch audio apps, yet those programs don’t show up in it. It seems they aren’t recognized on Windows for audio purposes. I’m generally good at fixing things, but this one is giving me trouble. My Google search attempts only bring standard troubleshooting advice. I’m using Windows 10 with the newest updates. Ryzen 5800X, 32GB RAM, 3080Ti.
