Asus TUF x570 plus Ryzen 5 3600 with 32GB RAM, Sabremt 1TB NVMe SSD, GeForce 1660 550W Gold Coolermaster. No video output at all. Boots up on the motherboard. GPU and RAM function on another machine. Tested various monitors and cleared CMOS. Help would be appreciated!

Standard likely not needed: monitor connected to GPU, not motherboard, correct?

That's correct. You connected it to the GPU and also attempted a single RAM stick, but it didn't work.
