No I have the z390 Pro4, but I'll be testing the VRMs now, as I do not trust them any longer... I have the exact same symptoms, so it's very likely to be a problem.

I'm glad I found a solution. I've had a similar issue with my i9 9900kf after swapping it with an i5 8600k. The screen remains blank even after resets, but it usually works after a restart. Recently, I discovered the problem might be related to the memory module. After updating my BIOS to the latest version, the issue was resolved. Thanks!
