The term refers to mounting brackets. You can remove them from the case and pull out the one beneath the area you're targeting. Or, you could apply electrical tape to secure it temporarily.

Thank you for the idea. I tried both, but I’m still not seeing any issues. The only clues I have are the CPU getting warm, though it doesn’t reach a temperature that would cause the system to shut down.
