Is the server hosted somewhere? Did you encounter the same problem with your box at OneProvider? It’s unclear if your configuration matches mine. In my situation, it was the failover IP that was completely broken. I had to request a replacement three times before getting one that worked.
I don’t see the problem being mine because everyone else here is functioning properly. I’d ask them, but they’re busy for the next two hours. Thanks for your response.
