I just reinstalled Apex on my PC now that I have the 7950 installed, but it’s not behaving as expected. I verified everything and dxdiag shows DX12 is present, while I’m using the latest Catalyst drivers. In the screenshot you shared, the typical message appeared saying "minimum specs not met," and when I pressed a button, I got stuck on the loading screen without any changes. I managed to interact briefly (pressing A after a while gave me a selection sound), but the display didn’t update properly. All specifications remain in my profile.

Too advanced, no longer compatible. Didn't resolve issues with my 7970 Lightning.

That's unusual; it functions correctly on my 7750. Verify all drivers are correctly installed.
