I've got to think it's me and not the mouse or micro usb. I got this mouse and couldn't get it to fit in the mouse. I didn't want to ruin it so I returned it and got another. Same thing is happening. Is there a trick to getting it in? I'm putting alot of pressure (which I don't think I should) to try and get it in. I've tried other micro usb's and no luck either.
Help?

Welcome to the forums, newcomer! The cable is designed to fit in only one direction. Make sure the mouse and the cable are aligned parallel to the ground on a flat surface to prevent bending or warping of the connector or cable.

I own three MX Anywhere mice from different generations. Getting the USB cable initially was tough—they fit in at a slight angle, not straight. After figuring it out, there won’t be any more issues. I think the first mouse worked just fine.

The good news is they're amazing mice that work on literally any surface as advertised. And the battery lasts a very long time. Like a month of heavy daily use.
