Hello everyone, I've observed some unusual stutters on my PC. As a competitive gamer, I expect at least 110 FPS even in tough scenarios. I'm playing at 3840x1600 resolution, so 144 fps isn't always achievable. The problem seems to be that Windows 11 is allocating the CCD1 (non-x3D) instead of the CCD0 (x3D). I've adjusted the affinity to core 0-15 and suddenly my performance stabilized—like a dead person's heartbeat. Now everything runs smoothly and maps load instantly. Is there a way to ensure Windows 11 always uses CCD0 (x3D) instead of the non-3D cache?

Pretty much why i never recommend 7950x3D CPUS. If you are a competitive gamer why did you go with a 7950x3D instead of a 7800x3D ? Only one methods always works, Disabling cores outright. Everything else relies on firmware/software to do its best to decide what cores to use. Since you have to rely on software, its not gonna get it right quite often.

I secured the 7950x3d at a lower price compared to the 7800x3d.

It seems the product doesn't perform well because it's a strange mix. You're looking for a 79xx class CPU suited for productivity, not an X3D. You need X3D for gaming but want to avoid extra CCDs. This chip isn't really fitting either role.
