This problem began a few months back, where all my USB connections would drop out or turn off and then reappear after a short time. It usually occurs when I'm using demanding tasks on my computer. Here are my system details: CPU – AMD Ryzen 7 5700X RAM – G.SKILL Ripjaws V Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) Motherboard – MSI B550 GAMING GEN3 AM4 GPU – GIGABYTE Gaming OC GeForce RTX 3060 12GB GDDR6 Memory – Samsung SSD980 (1TB) Power Supply – CORSAIR RM650 650 W ATX 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Full Modular Windows 11 This issue started after a certain Windows 11 update, though I can't recall the exact version. I tried restoring from an older update but couldn't do it. I've also reached out to AMD support, who said the fix was in a BIOS update. I've tested many solutions: updated BIOS, changed power plans, disabled auto-shutdown of USB ports, reinstalled Windows, and more. Still no success. I've shared my specs with others who had similar problems, but nothing seems to help. I'm unsure what I missed, especially since a BIOS update was supposed to resolve it. I'm open to suggestions—maybe testing with another USB device or considering a different processor would be wise. I'm sending over some photos for reference. What should I do next?

I believe the issue might be with the Bluetooth adapter. It could be a faulty one. If possible, unplug it for a while and see if the problem persists. I've experienced USB devices disconnecting several times, which sometimes caused device failures. The mouse seems to be the culprit.

Excellent problem-solving approach. From this angle, it seems the USB hub might be the culprit. Silencer12 will definitely need a new foil! Try removing the USB hub and check if the issue resolves. Alternatively, verify whether any of the devices you mentioned were low-cost Chinese ones—consider unplugging them first.

I spent the next few days checking my PC with both the USB hub and Bluetooth adapter removed after reading these instructions. I’m pleased to say the dropouts stopped. Right now I’m not trying to pinpoint the exact device causing the issue, as I’ve been working on this for a while and it turned out to be a straightforward fix. Thanks!

Ugh! You and @silencer12 were left guessing which one was wrong... wow, twist of fate! It seems the Bluetooth adapter and USB hub were the culprits. Hopefully we’ll figure it out soon!
