Hello, I've observed some games causing significant stuttering, which is interesting since many of these titles are quite old and don't demand powerful PCs. For instance, Dead by Daylight and CSGO often experience sudden drops from 100 FPS to 40 instantly, whereas games like Forza Horizon 5, Red Dead Redemption 2, and Metro Exodus have smooth frame rates without any stuttering.

I found a YouTube video demonstrating the stuttering effects, along with metrics from MSI Afterburner: https://youtu.be/rzN28_pB3Co.

Regarding my plans, I intend to upgrade my GPU to an RX 6600 XT soon, but I'm concerned about potential CPU issues. I've tried various troubleshooting steps—adjusting power settings, graphics and display configurations, enabling or disabling full-screen mode—but nothing has resolved the problem.

I also ran a CPU-Z validation to list all system specifications, which I can share if you prefer not to click the link:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @ 4024.06 MHz
GPU: RX 580 8GB
RAM: 16GB DDR4
PSU: EVGA 600W 80 Gold Plus
MOBO: ASRock B450M/ac
Display: BenQ Zowie RL2455 LCD @ 60Hz
Windows: Windows 10 Home Edition

Sure, here are your AMD control panel settings.
Are the two problematic games currently available online?
