I tried several steps before finding a fix. First, I reseated the GPU, applied new thermal paste, updated drivers, ran sfc /scannow, used malwarebytes, and finally reinstalled Windows. None worked. After much searching, I discovered a solution: disabled hardware accelerated GPU scheduling in settings (for Windows 10/11) and removed XboxGame Bar using a specific command in PowerShell.
