When attempting to launch the start menu with the Windows key, only a short loading indicator appears at the mouse cursor without any further action. This behavior repeats when pressing the Windows 11 key on the taskbar and using an on-screen keyboard. What has occurred?

It might suggest a restart in the operating system or a virus/malware presence.
This version is about how long it’s been since the last formatting and reinstall.
You’d like to see a full overview of all active processes in the task manager.
