I'm working on fixing a PC that the client reported was overheating. After checking the thermal app on the tablet, it indicated only the RAM was overheating. However, the system won't let me complete the task, even after replacing many parts like RAM, PSU, GPU, cables, CPU cooler. Have you encountered similar problems before? Could this be a known issue or bug?

Review the customer parts section on the installation area. Silverstone cases include a side tab for closing the PICE cover, which many overlook. You can also choose to fully disassemble the unit to inspect the damaged flag.
