I own an FX 6300 OC with 4.5ghz, 970 MHz, RX 480, 8GB RAM, which leads me to my concern—does the Acer 1080p at 60Hz be a limiting factor? I consistently struggle to maintain 60fps in any title and experience lag or stuttering.

Is the screen syncing correctly? For assistance, please specify your monitor model.

60hz equals 60 frames per second. It should show everything properly, though there might be screen tearing and slight input delay, which shouldn’t be too obvious.

It came from Walmart, but only if you check the details.

Check your monitor settings. A 75Hz display can improve performance.

4.5 is quite high for a "triple core" processor. Lower it to 4.2 and see if it runs smoothly; otherwise, you'll know it's not the hardware issue.

Yes, I have VSync enabled. That’s typically what occurs when it’s active.
