I purchased four 16GB dual-rank cards from G.Skill, rated for 3200 MHz. They don’t perform at the expected speeds. I applied XMP settings but saw no improvement. Updated BIOS didn’t help either. Raising the voltage to 1.4V didn’t work, but lowering it to 3000MHz did. It’s strange since the cards are rated for 3200 and are listed in the Mobo QVL as supporting four sticks. My CPU is a 3950X.

Increase the memory voltage even more. Keep in mind that B-die scales with voltage. Also, provide adequate cooling to maintain stability.

I've managed to reach 3133Mhz using SoC 1.07v and DRAM 1.37v. I even succeeded in reducing the timing to 14-14-14-30 tRC-44, and with more adjustments I expect further improvements. However, the surprising part is that even with maximum efforts, it doesn't boot at 3200Mhz and CL14 stock XMP settings. I've increased the memory voltage up to 1.45 (avoiding higher values for regular use) and tested SoC 1.15, but it still fails to boot at that frequency. I tried different voltages and settings, yet the BIOS doesn't recognize it until I set the frequency to 3200Mhz. It seems the issue might be related to the XMP profile itself, possibly being outdated or Intel-specific. Could a particular timing quirk be responsible? I'm curious about the distinction between regular GSkill Royal and GSkill Neo (AMD). Do the Neo kits come with different hardware, or are the differences just in settings? I've seen others achieve success with Neo kits, even reaching 3600Mhz on a CL16 with 4x16 modules. If it's just the XMP settings, copying them should work easily. But if there are additional hardware components in Neo kits, the situation changes entirely.
