I recently upgraded to a 3080ti FE and noticed my screen flickered during certain games. After three weeks with the card, nothing seemed wrong. Then within the last couple of days this began (see video below). At first I suspected a cable or monitor issue, but that was ruled out. I considered a faulty GPU and exchanged mine for a new one from a local shop, but the problem continued. If anyone can help, it would be a huge relief. Here’s my setup: Asus B550-F gaming Ryzen 5 5600x 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB 3200MHz C16 Seasonic Focus PX-850 watt 80plus Platinum [Link to example]. I also tried disabling G-sync and it resolved the issue.
