Hello, I’ve encountered blue screens and decided to reinstall Windows. I didn’t see a display screen even with two RAM sticks installed, though they worked well a few days ago. I’ve tried removing the RAM one by one—only one seems to fix the issue, as inserting another stops it. If I leave just that one in, it might not work either, so I should probably check the warranty. Are there other ways to test this? My PC specs are an i9 13900K with RTX 4080, 64GB RAM, two sticks at 6400MHz, and it’s been stable for about 5-6 months.

The RAM is from a specific brand and model, while the motherboard features another brand and model, and it runs a particular BIOS version.

Inserting the second one creates a gap of one empty space between them.

It's been running smoothly for about five to six months, but I think one component is malfunctioning. I'm planning to have it inspected since I have a warranty.

I’ve attempted to swap the working RAM stick to the different slot, but it hasn’t worked with the previous one. Neither of these sticks functions in that particular slot, though the others do fine. It’s just that specific slot from the right side. I’m not sure what to do right now.

It seems the RAM slot could be compromised. I might be mistaken.

I believe the RAM slot is also affected. The biggest issue is that the warranty won't assist since I've added a contact plate, making the motherboard altered.
