I experienced repeated double NAT issues with my Xbox despite no changes. Living in an apartment complex with a bring-your-own-router setup suggests the provider isn’t enabling proper router functionality. Could be configuration or network restrictions are at play?

It seems you're experiencing varying results—sometimes only partial progress and other times full movement. Not sure what factors are affecting this or why it fluctuates.
