Hello, I'm experiencing an issue where my CPU and GPU aren't reaching full performance. I'm seeing around 40-60 frames per second, which seems low for my system. The temperatures are normal.

Hey there,
The 1660ti is starting to feel outdated, especially for newer titles.
Configure MSI Afterburner OSD to display CPU clock speeds, usage, and temperatures – along with GPU data.
Use HW Monitor together so you can monitor real-time performance.
Does adjusting the settings improve FPS?
You can also test with Cinebench R23 to check your CPU's performance under stress.

Hey, you have 16gb of RAM, but your system is currently using 14.5gb. Most of the game won't be using it all at once. With this kind of activity, your system is relying on pagefile/swapfile or virtual memory to keep things running. Your data lives on a HDD or SSD, which is much slower than RAM. This is likely where the problem lies.

It might help if you had 32gb of RAM instead, allowing you to reach full capacity.

Your complete PC specifications are as follows: CPU make and model, motherboard model, RAM speed, power supply unit, case type, case fans. It's possible your RAM isn't operating at its maximum capacity.

Okay, so your ram isn't running at full speed. This could be the issue.
You will need to set the ram to XMP or DOCP (For Asus motherboards). This will bring you a huge boost in FPS, sometimes in the region of 25%, game dependant.
There's a lot going on there. Stock cooler, is not enough and just about keeps the CPU within Spec. Ram is running at it's lowest rate. Set XMP/DOCP.
Bios is pretty recent. There is another one for your mobo, but it might be better to leave as is for the moment.
Are all system drivers, chipset etc,. up to date? What power plan are you using?
