You're facing significant delays with media loading on Windows, especially YouTube. The system prompts to restart after a few minutes, and even then, playback lags. VLC and Windows Media Player also struggle with loading files like audio and video. This has been frustrating, especially since the issue resurfaced after a previous fix—reinstalling Windows 11 helped but didn't last. You've tried many online solutions without success. Are there any alternatives to a full reinstall that could resolve this? Your patience is appreciated!

Make sure your RAM is functioning properly. It could be due to background processes like Task Manager or YouTube.

Just a few quick suggestions... Open Command Prompt with admin rights and execute sfc /scannow. Then run dism /online /cleanup-image restorehealth to help confirm everything is intact. Next, install the newest GPU drivers for your graphics card—if the setup asks to perform a clean install, check that box. Also, take a screenshot of CrystaldiskInfo to verify no hidden issues are missing. Check the Event Viewer and System Log for any warnings or errors near the times you're having problems. Finally, try alternatives like Unigine Heaven benchmark to ensure everything functions properly.

In reality, this could be the issue.

It's been a great and quick year so far! The BIOS is always up to date, like the ROG Maximus Dark Hero Z790.

Could you run a memory test to verify everything is working correctly? Even though I was sure about my motherboard, it turned out to be another one.

PC layout refreshed. Issue identified: malwarebytes caused lag during pause or exit, resolved afterward.
