It seems your mainboard might be overheating or the VRM module is failing. Also, your GPU is throttling down to 540mhz without any clear cause.

I placed a fan close to the VRMs and turned off Turbo Core Technology in the BIOS, and it now functions properly without any issues.

It seems the issue lies with the VRM components, as there are no heatsinks installed. Likely, the CPU requires more power than the VRMs can handle, causing them to overheat.

Absolutely, I mentioned that time you said you received the CPU and motherboard setup. The lower version of the motherboard won't work with FX8 chips.
