I’m experiencing a strange problem that hasn’t been reported by anyone else online. My system is a Gigabyte XE5 with an I7 13700H processor, RTX 3070 Ti, upgraded to 64GB DDR5 at 4800Mhz. I’m using Windows 11 10.0.22621 Build 2262. I play games on my external monitor connected via HDMI and watch YouTube directly on the laptop. The issue varies depending on the game: some are smooth (like Morrowind), others are very slow (like Fallout 4). When I disable efficiency mode in Task Manager, the game runs perfectly and YouTube plays without problems. It seems that having efficiency mode enabled causes my games to freeze until it’s turned off. I’m not sure what exactly is causing this problem beyond the fact that efficiency mode affects performance.

If that's the case then keep it off. If it fixed it then why bother questioning it? Simple..........................

find the method to disable it each time the browser launches or a new tab is opened so it restarts the process automatically

Navigate to the browser settings and disable any mention of Efficiency Mode. Alternatively, consider using Firefox or Opera instead.
